Funny thing. I’ve just received the monthly activity report for 2007 04 from IB and apparently, April wasn’t a losing month after all (but a very small gain). I initially thought I’d wiped out the entire gains for that month. Just goes to show at what state my record keeping is. I could blame lots of things like lack of time and tiredness etc. but it’s probably mostly lazyness and prioritizing other non-trading stuff. With the help of Stocktickr’s IB Plugin I’m planning on improving my journal keeping through automating most of it and getting more out of reviewing past trades, progress etc.
