I’m trialing the CQG charting application, this is one of the most expensive I’ve ever come across, around $600 per month. I’ve just roughly set up a layout with some equities charts, futures and a quote board and man.. it’s lightning fast, I was blown away by the speed. Even on my lousy internet connection (which is about to be replaced btw).
I have never seen anything like that before. Imagine that IQFeed, IB TWS, eSignal, QCharts, TradeStation and all the other usual feeds are like family sedans, and CQG is.. a space rocket. It’s that different. Alas, the price is quite steep. If anyone out there is using it and knows some way to bring this cost down, for example through some broker that offers rebates then I’d love to hear from you.
