DailyTech – Dell Brings Back Windows XP on Home Computers
Dell will again offer the Windows XP operating system due to high customer demand on the company’s community feedback forum, IdeaStorm.
Looks like Dell is kicking Microsoft in the groin again.
The move to offer WinXP again isn’t really surprising. Despite working more or less in this industry I still don’t understand why should customers upgrade. If anything, I can think of a long list of reasons why people shouldn’t upgrade to Vista.
Can you give me a reason why should I upgrade to Vista now? …
Can’t think of any besides that it looks nicer, more like a Mac OS :-)
