Kenyans moving to China?

Mou Xinsheng

I don’t often come across the surname Mou so I googled this name and apparently there is a Mr. Mou Xinsheng who is actually the Minister of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. Don’t think he wrote the email though ;-)

    Yeah, I just received the same email from “Mr. Mou Xinsheng” wannabe. Titled “Greeting From China” ..LOL.
