Eyal, I enjoy your blog very much. However, can you elaborate on the money management method you employ when managing a trade? For example: (1) % capital risk per trade, (2) Setting of initial stop, (3) Moving stop to b/e, (3) Banking some profits, (4) Letting profits run.

Hi Raplh, I typically use about 0.5% of capital at risk per trade, this varies based on my perceived market conditions and my own performance. I use Maoxian’s dummy style so my initial stop is usually below down/inside bar or above up/inside bar preceding the bar I entered on. Taking profits varies, I prefer not setting targets and letting winners close at the end of the day, however I will sometimes take profits at either 3 or 4Rs levels.
