I haven’t really had much time to relax since the start of the relocation a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been doing lots of shopping, setting up stuff, fighting with my internet connection, checking alternative ISP’s and market data feeds etc. etc. But in he midst of that I try to improve the quality of my life a bit in different areas. One such area is exercise, I go for a swim 5 times a week. Another area is the food I eat. I enjoy cooking, I find it relaxing and fun to create dishes, so it’s really a no-brainer to make sure I eat well, below is the lunch I prepared today, and yes it tastes as good as it looks ;-) For dinner I usually get “special food delivery services” ;-) of fine Thai cuisine, which is one the things I really enjoy in Thailand.
Oh, yeah. I’m hungry!
