A somewhat frustrating day. It was tough going in the morning having no proper charts to look at but I managed to put on 3 trades, all short. Later on the tone flipped a bit and things got choppy. Anyway, for the trades: CIEN stopped me out and then proceeded to go down without me, too bad. ONNN worked ok initially but then stopped out on a tightened stop. NBIX did ok-ishly and saved the day’s P&L, just a +0.6R.
It was also interesting to see RIGL, this stock was left right and centre on my scanners but with the day looking very negative in tone I wasn’t really looking long. It turned out to be a massive mover. I hope one of you guys caught it.
I got a few cents of CIEN, but would love RIGL instead.
Sorry to hear about the internet connection is 1 min later. You use IB right? I thought IB TWS directly connect without proxy….
oops missed this one. TWS indeed connects without a proxy. The main issue is with the charting apps (QT and QC).
